How to reset the PRAM?
- Shut down your MacBook by pressing power button for longer period.
- Once your system is completely shut down. Press the Power button.
- Then, Press Command Option P R at the same time and keep holding these keys until the grey screen appears.
- After sometime, you will hear the Macbook’s Start-up sound. You can now release the keys, and let your MacBook do the rest of the work.

- Shut down your MacBook by pressing power button for longer period.
- Keep the power cord of your MacBook plugged in.
- Press Shift-Option-Control Power Button at the same time and then let go
