Sometimes, when you copy the texts from website to excel then you may find extra spaces that you may like to remove it. If you have few texts then you can easily manually remove it but if you have got zillions of cells then it becomes quite a challenge.

Simple Fix

Luckily Excel have a simple solution for it. If your excel cells have got extra annoying spaces before each text or in-between or at the end of the text. Then you can easily remove it with TRIM function. This function will remove any unwanted spaces from the cell.
